Together with number and scale of the projects there grows the number of the Company employees. During the last year the manpower was increased almost twice, amounting to more than 1,100 employees (without consideration of the subsidiaries).

There is a youthful team working in SITRONICS Telecom Solutions (the mean age of our employees is below 30) which, nonetheless consists of the professional and proactive specialists.

Professionalism

The Company pays a great attention to the maintenance and growth of professional level of its employees. It conducts internal training in the business subjects and ensures participation in additional trainings (courses, seminars, conferences).

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions subsidizes process of raising the qualification for its employees and encourages its specialists, who confirmed their professional qualifications with diplomas and certificates in the areas, connected to the tasks carried out.

The Company sets a high value on the personnel with high level of education, and at the same time, it raises higher demands to the base level of applicants: only specialists with profile higher education who comply with the employer’s requirements are employed for the work in the business environment.

Candidates of Technical, Physical and Mathematical Sciences, specialists with MBA and PMP qualifications, professionals with certificates from Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and other companies work in SITRONICS Telecom Solutions.
