Design Activities Experience

During the whole period of its existence (more than 8 years) the Company has been carrying out the full automation cycle works. Number of projects exceeds the number of customers, which confirms interest to the Company from the customers and personifies course for the long-term co-operations with the business partners.

The design activities are conducted in accordance with the developed and implemented Design Activities Methodology. Processes within the scope of these activities are controlled by the Company in respect of the efficiency and resources intensity, and result of works at the different stages pass co-ordination and acceptance on the part of the customer.

While working on the projects SITRONICS Telecom Solutions sticks to the rules, provided for by the State Standards (Unified System for Program Documentation (ESPD), All-Russia Classifier for Products and Engineering Documents (ESKD), etc.).

Interaction with the customer is continued by means of the service backup and products maintenance (warranty and post-warranty). To implement this task there is a Customer Service Division in SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, and there was also created the network of branches in the different cities of the country, which constantly expands.

The Company guarantees the quality of the services provided for the products maintenance and support by signing the Service Level Agreement.

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions aims at organization of its clients’ support services processes in accordance with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) requirements.

The largest operators of cellular networks and switched communications networks of Russia confide in the Company, and SITRONICS Telecom Solutions maintains partnership relations with the operators outside of the Russian Federation.
