The Closed Joint-Stock Company «SITRONICS Telecom Solutions» represents informational communications segment of the Russian Concern «SITRONICS».

The Company develops, upgrades and supplies modern complex business automation solutions for the market. The key specialization of SITRONICS Telecom Solutions is support of cellular networks and switched lines operators.

The long-term successful experience in use of the off-the-shelf technologies combined with individual approach to the needs of every customer confirms the guarantees of proposed solutions adaptability to the most unique customers’ requirements.

To ensure the required quality SITRONICS Telecom Solutions successfully cooperates with the western partners, including HP, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and others.

Spectrum of solutions provided by SITRONICS Telecom Solutions is being constantly extended and replenished during the close cooperation with our business partner, Czech company SITRONICS Telecom Solutions Czech Republic, a.s.

Areas of Activities

• Carrying out the total cycle of design activities, such as independent data collection, coordinated formulation of a problem, completion of requirements, preparation of the automation object, customer personnel training, trial operations maintenance.
• Wide spectrum of software and hardware complexes, naturally integratable into the flexible and multi-functional solutions, capable of business tasks solution in twenty-four-hour mode under the high load restrictions, for the large volumes of the stored data and high density informational flows.
• Wide network of branches and subsidiaries provides for an option of efficient customer service operations not only in Moscow but also in other cities of the country and neighboring countries.
• Certified quality control for the manufactured products: Quality Management System according to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 was implemented, certified and is being constantly perfected within the Company.

IT Areas

Complex systems for manufacturing process automation, provided by SITRONICS Telecom Solutions together with the Czech company STROM telecom, a.s., are oriented for execution of the following typical tasks:

• registration of subscriber’s data,
• services provision and control of provided services volume,
• informational support for subscribers,
• flexible tariff plans maintenance,
• billing for provided services, including near-real time mode,
• acceptance and registration of payments from different sources,
• wide spectrum reports creation for any business function and stored data.

We successfully implement solutions for carrying out business, connected to the data transit control.

Altogether, with support of products from SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, communications operators service more than 20 million subscribers.

Telecom Areas

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions has a production department, at its disposal, which is oriented at the printed-wiring cards production for commutation equipment.

The production department of SITRONICS Telecom Solutions is equipped by the high-technology western equipment from DEK, JUKI, ERSA, MARANTZ, PACE, OLAMEF and it is highly efficient due to implementation of output production outgoing inspection at a high level.

The equipment manufactured by SITRONICS Telecom Solutions performs tasks of the holdout and transit automatic telephone stations, softswitches, call distribution cascades, etc..

Telematics

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions constantly extends the spectrum of supported business areas. There was approved efficiency of solutions, directed at the centralized processing of the telematic data, incoming from the mobile business objects: GPS positioning parameters, control information, voice communications, etc.

The solution is successfully implemented to increase the work efficiency and safety at the urban mass transport.

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions is ready to share the experience in the areas of complex systems development and offers its own solutions in the areas of bug-tracking, etc.

The objective of ensuring the operated production quality and timely customer support for the Russian Federation, from Vladivostok to Moscow, and for the neighboring countries is solved by five branches and six subsidiary companies. Branches of SITRONICS Telecom Solutions are located in the following cities:

• Vladivostok,

• Krasnodar,
• Orel,
• Samara.

Subsidiary companies are located in the following cities:

• Minsk,
• Kiev,
• Saint-Petersburg,
• Nizhny Novgorod,

QMS Creation and Development

From 2000 the Company uses the Quality Management System (QMS). There was accepted a Quality Management Policy.

Correspondence of the QMS to the quality standards is confirmed by a series of certificates, and it is being continuously controlled by the certifying authorities.

QMS in SITRONICS Telecom Solutions has a long-term history within the in the context of CJSC “MEDIATEL” and it continues its development in the Company with its new name:

• December 27, 2000 – certification of conformance to GOST R ISO 9001-96 under GOST R system, and to the voluntary certification system “Interecoms”.
• February 6, 2004 – certification of conformance to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 under GOST R system, and to the voluntary certification system “Interecoms”.
• January 27, 2005 – inspection checkup for conformance to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 under DAR system.
• January 26, 2006 – inspection control of the Quality Management System.
• April 24, 2007 - certification of conformance to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 under GOST R system.

Associations Membership

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions company is an active member of Russian and international Associations, Congresses and other organizations, which determine inter-corporate policy in the corresponding business areas.

SITRONICS Telecom Solutions is a member of the following organizations:

• AICTQ – Association International Congress of Telecommunications Quality.
• GIS-A – inter-regional non-government community created to promote the geospatial technologies and services market.
